Budgets - How does it Auto-Generate the Budget?

For Budgets that are Auto Generated, Both within the MX widget and through the MX API. What amount of historical transactional data does it look at to come up with the suggested budget amount? Is it 60 days? 90 days? All available transactions?

Or if they cross a certain threshold of spending can we notify them? Or do Insights simply show up in the “feed” when they’re logged in?

Can we say that the posted_at field is when the transaction was initiated, and the transacted_at field is when the amount actually hits the balance?

There are two date fields: posted_at = The date and time the transaction was posted. transacted_at = The date and time the transaction took place. Can we say that the posted_at field is when the transaction was initiated, and the transacted_at field is when the amount actually hits the balance?
