I’ll start first! My name is Jingqi Wu, and I’m the client community manager at MX. I’m hosting our first Client Community Corner at the MXS Open Reception on 9/20.  And the thing I’m most excited about is the opportunity to meet you all in person.

Hi everyone! 

 

My name is Erin Caldwell, I lead the Client Voice team at MX, which includes spearheading our MXcouncil client advisory board, our MXresearch client group, and this online community (in addition to our voice of the customer program).

 

I’m excited about all the great content we’re going to get from the amazing speakers we’ve got lined up, and the amazing conversations that are sure to follow. I’ll also by chillin’ with Jingqi at the Client Community Corner during the welcome reception, and am looking forward to meeting you all!
