Welcome! The MX Community is a place for our clients & partners to share experiences, discuss and learn from one another, and make suggestions to improve and support each other. In order to create a great experience for everybody, we ask our community members to follow the guidelines below:

Be kind

Treat one another with respect. Any posts that are seen as racist, sexist, discriminatory, derogatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise insulting will not be tolerated.

Be constructive

Having a different opinion and being critical is great but only if it is used to foster healthy discussions. Help others grow by giving them constructive and respectful feedback.

Be open

It’s all about being transparent, honest, and truthful. Embrace and welcome new people, processes, ideas, ways of doing things, and visions of others. Don’t be scared to go outside of your comfort zone!

Be mindful of private or confidential information

Please refrain from sharing any personal (e.g., telephone numbers, email, etc.), confidential, or other private information about yourself, other people, or companies.

Be respectful of the MX Community’s purpose

Do not use the MXcommunity to engage  in commercial activities such as the advertising or sale of products or services, sending marketing messages or offers, or advertising other chat forums or websites.

Be considerate of our moderators

The MX Community team reserves the right to change or remove content or to restrict access to individual users as necessary. If you disagree with an action taken by a moderator, please contact us via private message and refrain from discussing moderator actions publicly in the MX Community.

Be professional

Do not post any offensive materials, share copyrighted content to which you don’t own the copyrights, or take any actions that would be considered illegal in the United States or your country of residence.

Stay on topic

Please do not change the subject of a discussion to something not intended by the original poster. Any off-topic posting or “hijacking” of threads will result in content being removed or removal from the MX Community as warranted.

Make the MX Community your own

The MX Community was built for you. It is for you to connect with other finance professionals, share your success stories, discuss best practices, and find help when you need it. Help us build this community and make it your own!
