How do i handle members who are not in a connected status?

Hi Jason!
You will need to redisplay the connect widget to the user with their MBR GUID in the configuration. This present them with the UI that will walk them through how to get their connection back into a connected state. Try using our Connect Widget configuator, it makes setting up your configuration to handle connection repair super straight forward.
